Used boats are best sold within the seller’s region – within a reasonable driving time between the seller and buyer. This will avoid the hassles of shipping a boat, which means first of all, packaging it up for safe transport. Packaging a boat for “long distance” transport by a Common Carrier Trucking Company can become a very costly undertaking.

Among all the requests we get for information on Virus Sculls, it is very likely that we have several potential buyers from within the “general region” of any seller. We will be happy to assist in connecting buyers and sellers. This page is in response to the requests we get for used boats, from those people who can’t afford a new one.

It has worked in the past successfully…and, should there not be a response in the immediate neighborhood, we always have the option to extend the search, or wait for a response to the listing on our web site.

Just provide the model, condition, description, photos, asking price, and your contact information. We can help the seller establish a price for the boat and in the unlikely case of long distance transport, we can act as third party shipper through our good contacts with our shipper. In such case we will be happy to advise the seller on packaging etc.
