Rowing the Kataram in Japan

After 4 to 5 times rowing Kataram in Lake Biwa in July and August, I am enjoying faster and longer rowing. Also I made a wooden "dog seat" for my dog (4 years old, female golden retriever, named Jijo) on the bow side of the Kataram as you can see in the attached photos. At first she seems a little bit afraid of the very "naked" seat, but now she loves to dive into the Lake Biwa from Kataram.
